Environmental Education and Awareness

Public education and awareness are the key factors in any attempt to maintain a proper balance and ensure sustainable development. Recognizing the potential of Environmental Education as an effective instrument in preventing environmental crises and as an essential element of sustainable development, IES has been engaged in spearheading environmental education and awareness from the very beginning. This year IES has undertaken few new projects on Environmental Education and is also continuing with some of the ongoing programmes.
